Skin Brightening Efficacy of Exosomes Derived from Human Adipose Tissue-Derived Stem/Stromal Cells

Stem-cell conditioned media (CM), mostly from mesenchymal stem/stromal cell (MSC) cultures, have been reported to have beneficial effects on the skin, such as anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, and anti-pigmentation properties. In this paper, exosomes derived from adipose tissue-derived MSCs (ASC-exosomes) have also been shown to have positive effects in reducing the severity of atopic dermatitis and induction of type I collagen and elastin synthesis in human dermal fibroblasts in vitro.

Amniotic fluid‐derived mesenchymal stem cell products combined with microneedling for acne scars

Combined use of amniotic fluid-derived MSC-conditioned media (AF-MSC-CM) with microneedling is found to cause a significant improvement in treating atrophic facial scars. The following paper shows a promising solution for the stubborn acne marks without the risk of developing side-effects such as photosensitivity or hyperpigmentation.

Randomized controlled study for the anti‐aging effect of human adipocyte‐derived MSC media

Looking for ways to stay young and glowing! 💁🏻‍♀️✨ The effects of laser therapy are enhanced with the topical application of adipocyte-derived mesenchymal stem cell-conditioned media (ADSC-CM) combined with niacinamide. The intervention has shown significantly favorable outcomes on wrinkle and melanin indices in just 3 weeks.

Clinical Trial of hUCB-MSCs for the Treatment of Moderate-to-Severe Atopic Dermatitis

A significant breakthrough!💥 In this paper, Atopic dermatitis (AD) is now controllable through the use of umbilical cord-derived stem cells (UC-MSCs). The treatment has been shown to effectively reduce the symptoms of this disorder. The intervention has led to a noticeable decrease in scores for the Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI), Investigator Global Assessment (IGA), and SCORing Atopic Dermatitis (SCORAD), demonstrating its strong efficacy in alignment with its intended purpose.
