MSC Secretome Facial & Hair Therapy – FAQ

Secretome is the collection of bioactive molecules secreted by stem cells (without the cells). It includes regenerative proteins, growth factors, and antioxidants. It does not enter the bloodstream and is used for local rejuvenation.

For both facial and scalp treatments, Secretome is injected into the deeper layer of the outer skin (the dermis layer) using fine needles to ensure precise delivery to the regenerative zone.
- Facial treatment: A topical numbing cream is applied before the procedure to minimize discomfort during the injection process.
- Scalp treatment: A small amount of Lidocaine (local anesthetic) is first injected into the scalp to numb the nerve endings. This allows for a pain-free and faster procedure during the Secretome injections.
This technique ensures that the active ingredients reach the targeted area effectively while keeping the experience comfortable and efficient for the client.

- Hair Secretome: Once every 3 months
Visible skin improvement usually starts after the 2nd/3rd session, as the skin takes time to absorb and regenerate.
Yes, you can — but proper timing is essential to ensure safety and avoid interference with previous treatments.
Here are the recommended waiting periods:
- After Botox or fillers: Please wait at least 3 to 4 weeks before doing Secretome treatments, to allow full settling and avoid disrupting the results.
- After laser treatments, chemical peels, or other invasive skin procedures: Wait 2–4 weeks, depending on the intensity and your skin’s recovery.
- After hair dye or scalp chemical treatments: Wait 1–2 weeks, or until the scalp is fully recovered and free of irritation.

MSC Exosome Therapy uses nano-sized extracellular vesicles secreted by mesenchymal stem cells. These exosomes carry powerful biological signals like growth factors, cytokines, and anti-inflammatory molecules — essential for cellular repair, immune regulation, and tissue regeneration.
They act as messengers, helping the body repair itself from within, without using the stem cells themselves.
We currently offer three main application methods:
- IV Drip (Systemic Therapy):
Supports overall wellness, reduces inflammation, and promotes whole-body regeneration and anti-aging.
- Joint Injection Therapy:
Targets joints (e.g. knees, shoulders) experiencing pain or degeneration. Helps reduce inflammation and promote tissue repair.
- P&O Shot (Penis & Ovary Therapy):

Yes — our exosomes are processed in a cGMP-certified, high-sterility lab and undergo rigorous quality control.
Every batch is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA), which we present to patients before the procedure, ensuring full transparency and product integrity.
However, as a precaution, patients must meet certain requirements before proceeding (see next FAQ).
For IV or systemic exosome therapy, you must:
✅ Provide a recent full blood test report (within the last 30 days)
✅ Show normal cancer marker levels (e.g., CEA, AFP, CA-125) —
This is to ensure safety, as exosomes may stimulate cell activity and are not suitable for patients with elevated cancer markers.
If you don’t have a recent report, we can help arrange blood screening. Results are usually ready within 3–5 working days.
If you've recently had vitamin drips, amino acid infusions, or other IV therapies, we recommend waiting at least 2–3 weeks before doing exosome IV to allow your body to fully metabolize prior ingredients and avoid interaction.

Results may vary depending on your body condition and treatment goals:
- IV Drip: 1 session/month for 3–6 months is recommended for optimal long-term benefits

Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) are adult stem cells with powerful regenerative abilities. They can repair damaged tissue, regulate immune responses, reduce inflammation, and support healing in chronic or degenerative conditions.
At our facility, these MSCs are specifically derived from newborn umbilical cord tissue, also known as Wharton’s Jelly (sometimes referred to as cord lining or cord tissue). This source is considered one of the richest and most potent for high-quality MSCs due to its purity, safety, and strong regenerative potential.

MSC treatments are exclusively reserved for Creation LifePlan members and their direct family members.
Yes — in rare, medically necessary cases, we may consider non-members for MSC therapy. This requires:
- A thorough medical interview and evaluation
- Full review by our scientific and medical team
- Proof of medical need (e.g. severe immune disorders, neurodegeneration, post-operative repair)
Because MSCs are powerful and active cells, their use must be ethically and medically justified.
We follow international standards and do not engage in commercial MSC therapy to ensure safety and integrity.
