Let’s start the day with a study on the use of allogeneic Mesenchymal Precursor Cells (MPC) in treating diabetic nephropathy. 🧑‍🔬 Compared to placebo, the treatment has shown differences in measured Glomerular Filtration Rate (mGFR), Interleukin-6 (IL-6) values, and estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR) as early as Week 12. 

Wondering how MSCs work in treating RVD? 🤔 We are excited to share with you another clinical summary of a remarkable study highlighting the safety of intra-arterial infusion of autologous MSCs in patients with Atherosclerotic Renovascular Disease (RVD). 😃 This study found that both the MSC-treated post-stenotic kidney (STK) and the contralateral kidney (CLK) experienced a significant increase in cortical perfusion.

This study demonstrated the promise of Induction Therapy with Autologous Mesenchymal Stem Cells in 105 patients with kidney transplants.  It shows a 100% survival rate for patients after one year, and their renal function was found to improve during a 1-year follow-up. 👨‍⚕️
